These terms apply to your use of Finances (also shown as "Finanzas"), a personal finance app for iPhone developed by Kevin Davezac, trading as devsolutions, Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

Finances helps you keep track of your money in one place. It can show your bank balances and transactions, categorise your spending, track subscriptions and budgets, read your payslips and estimate your annual leave balance.

Early access

Finances is currently in a closed beta. Features may change, and you may come across errors while we keep improving the app.

Bank connections

Connecting a bank is optional. Bank access is provided by Enable Banking Oy, an authorised account information service provider, and requires your explicit consent at your bank. Access is read-only: the app cannot move money, make payments or change anything in your bank account. Your use of Enable Banking's service is also subject to its own terms.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

Payslip figures, hourly rates, tax summaries and annual leave balances are estimates calculated from the information available to the app. They may be incomplete or incorrect, for example if a payslip is read incorrectly or a payslip is missing. Always check important figures against your payslips, your employer, Revenue or a qualified adviser. Nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app only with accounts and payslips that belong to you, or that you are authorised to use.
• Keep your device secure, for example with a passcode or Face ID.
• Do not misuse the app, try to break it or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

Your data is stored on your device. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the app working well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Bank connections depend on your bank and on Enable Banking, and may sometimes be interrupted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on the figures shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Irish or EU law, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your banks and deleting the app. Deleting the app removes the data stored in it from your device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
